We are pleased to offer individual tutoring. Course content can be customized to meet your individual needs, and time and place is flexible. Tutoring is offered on a referral basis.

After we have your information, we will reach out to our tutor group and work to pair you up with the tutor most able to meet your needs (desired language training, location and frequency of meetings, etc.)!

Registration Fee
To begin tutoring services, a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $30 is required. This fee helps cover scheduling, preparation, and administrative setup.

Due before your first tutoring session to confirm your spot.
If multiple students from the same household will be tutoring together (either in shared sessions or separate sessions), only one registration fee per family is required.
Once your registration fee is received, we’ll finalize your tutoring schedule and begin preparing your sessions.

Payments & Late Fees
Invoices are sent monthly, and payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
If a payment is not received on time, a 10% late fee may be added. Tutoring may be temporarily paused until the account is up to date—but we're always happy to work with families who need flexibility. (Late fee in affect starting September 1, 2025)

Cancellation Policy
Life happens! We simply ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
